ARVIO

Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

ARVIO is a personal project for cataloguing your physical‑media collection. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The short version: use it for its intended purpose, don’t abuse it, and understand it’s provided as‑is with no guarantees.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Use a real email address you control — you’ll need it to confirm your account and to reset your password.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse‑engineer the service, or work around rate limits and the bot check;
  • use it to store other people’s personal data unlawfully (loan details you enter are your responsibility);
  • use another person’s account, or create accounts in bulk or by automation.

Your content

Your collection data is yours. You can export it any time (Settings → Data) and edit or delete items from the app. You’re responsible for what you choose to store.

Third‑party data

Titles, cover art, and other metadata come from third‑party sources and remain the property of their owners; it’s provided for personal use and may be incomplete or wrong. See Attribution.

Availability & no warranty

ARVIO is a hobby project offered “as is,” with no warranty of any kind and no promise of uptime. It may change, pause, or shut down, and data could be lost — so export anything you can’t afford to lose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will reflect it, and continued use means you accept the change. You can stop using ARVIO and delete your account at any time.
